“I also stand here and I am wondering what people are going to think, not in another 40 years, maybe another hundred years, who knows, maybe another 1000 years,” said Apollo 17 commander Eugene Andrew “Gene” Cernan as he stood in front of the capsule that brought him home from lunar orbit in 1972. The video is a clip from ‘The Last Man on Moon,’ a documentary about his life.
